Returns:

  • Products that are not used are available for a refund 30 days from date of delivery less shipping charges.
  • Any products that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive replacement.
  • Custom orders can not be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
  • Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
  • Most returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA).
  • There is a 20% Restocking fee for any returned order.
  • To get a RA number email us with your Name and Order number.
  • When you receive your RA number, it will need to be printed on the outside of the package.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
  • Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
